Return & Refund Policy
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@getsolvii.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you — no return required.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Delivery Times Please note that Solvii sources products internationally. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days. We appreciate your patience and will always provide tracking information once your order has shipped.
